This week we are presenting a nice and very interesting estate in Cheektowaga. The house will be open for three days, Friday April 24 through Sunday April 26.

The address is 43 Iroquois Ave (William and Harlem area), 14206.

Friday and Saturday, 9 AM - 4 PM, Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM.

This sale is strong in vintage content, particularly the 1950’s and ‘60’s. In addition there is an extensive accumulation of items that are brand new and/or still tagged from the stores, from the 1950’s right up to the present.

And there are antiques, including Singer sewing machine, oak sewing table, very unusual tavern bench-table with lift top, one drawer stand, child’s school desk, etc. 1950’s and ‘60’s furniture includes sofa and chairs, 3-piece bar stool set, unique 3-tiered blonde occasional table, rocking chair, like-new 3-piece ‘60’s end and coffee table set, beds and chests of drawers, vinyl-upholstered stools, mirrored shadow box, metal wardrobe closet, plus many as-is fixer-upper type vintage furnishings (including chests of drawers, kitchen table and chair sets, single tables and chairs, cabinets etc.)
